Q1. What phones are you selling?
A1. We can guarantee you that all our phones are completely original used, or brand new. Since we've been trading Apple's Products for over 10+ years, you can let us know if you have another requirements, we will offer you what you need exactly. Q2. How is their condition?
A2. For brand new phones, some of them are sealed, or open box, all unlocked. For used phones, mostly LL version (Please let s know if you need other versions), all unlocked, battery over 85%, and we grade them to A+/A/B, based on their appearance.
Q3. Where are these phones came from?
A3. Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore, USA, Korea, China mainland...etc. We have global versions offer to you, just let us know which version you need.
Q4. Is box and accessories included?
A4. We don't provide box and accessories, if you need them, we will charge extra fees, please mention them in the inquiry if you need them, thank you.

A5. We grade our phones based on their appearance, all grades are fully functioning.
